You just joined Weight Watchers and have started counting our points.
I’m not necessarily doing it, but I’m so glad that I’ll benefit from it. You’re counting for both of us. We both are relatively healthy and incredibly good-looking, yet it’s a good thing to make sure we trend toward being healthier than we are.
These things are so incremental. You add a couple lbs a year and all of the sudden you’re 250 (in my case). It happens slowly. I’d rather weight loss and good eating habits happen slowly than weight gain and a growing chocolate and beer habit.
